Novel potent and selective mTOR inhibitor. Inhibits mTOR kinase with IC₅₀ = 0.08 nM and PI3 kinase (PI3K), with p110α IC₅₀ = 6 nM. It shows improved cellular potency LNCap IC₅₀ < 1 nM as compared to WYE-354 (Cat # CD0270) and WYE-23 (Cat # CD0275).
